AMBITION Sports Coaching Ltd was founded with one clear purpose: to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of children and young people through sport, community, and specialist support.
Our story
AMBITION Sports Coaching Ltd was founded by Laura Till, Director and Head Coach, who established the organisation driven by a passion for making sport and community-based support accessible to every child, regardless of their background or needs.
Based in Fleckney, Leicestershire, we have grown to become a trusted provider for schools, families, and local authorities across the region. Our specialist focus on SEND and SEMH sets us apart, and our team's dedication to every individual child is at the heart of everything we do.
We work closely with schools, families, carers, and communities to deliver coaching and support that builds confidence, resilience, and a genuine sense of belonging, especially for those who find traditional settings challenging.
In 2025, the organisation was recognised as Community Business of the Year for Leicestershire and Rutland, and Laura was named Business Woman of the Year for Leicestershire and Rutland. Both awards reflect the genuine impact the team makes every single day, and we are proud to be advancing to the National Finals.
Meet Laura Till
Director and Head Coach
Laura is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who has built AMBITION Sports Coaching Ltd from the ground up. Her background in sports coaching, combined with a deep understanding of SEND and SEMH needs, gives her a unique ability to connect with children and young people who need support the most.
Laura leads by example, working directly with children, schools, and families while also managing and developing the wider team. Her commitment to safeguarding, quality, and continuous improvement is reflected in the organisation's accreditations and the outcomes achieved for the children they support.
Laura's vision is simple: that every child deserves the chance to thrive, and that with the right support, every child can.
