Schools Programmes
PPA and PE cover, sports interventions, lunchtime and after school clubs, and one-to-one academic support.

Alternative Provision
Up to 2.5 days of community-based experiences for children with SEND, SEMH needs, or those at risk of exclusion.

Family Support
Personalised plans, community experiences, and weekend activities to strengthen family relationships.

After School Clubs
Multi-sport and homework clubs within the community, building skills and confidence after the school day.
About us
Meet Laura Till
AMBITION Sports Coaching Ltd was founded by Laura Till, Director and Head Coach, with one clear purpose: to make a positive impact on children and young people's lives through sport, community, and tailored support.
Laura and her team work closely with schools, families, carers, and communities to deliver specialist coaching that builds confidence, resilience, and a real sense of belonging, especially for those who find traditional settings challenging.
In 2025, Laura was named Business Woman of the Year for Leicestershire and Rutland, and the organisation won Community Business of the Year. Recognition of the genuine difference the team makes every single day.
