Hello

At 13 years of age, I dreamt of running my own Sports Coaching company. At 21, it became a reality!

 

Everyone has a story and I'd like to share mine with you...

AMBITION Sports Coaching Ltd was developed by myself with a vision to make a positive change to children and young people's lives. AMBITION developed as a result of my own personal experiences. Throughout my childhood, I experienced negative mental health and in October 2019, I was in a life-threatening car accident. Moving forward, I realised the importance of making the most of each day and as a result, I wanted to show other people what opportunities and experiences are out there in the big, wide world, because there really is a lot!

 

My working experience and passion revolves around sport and supporting children and young people through their education and I have been working in this sector for 7 years now. Whilst following my dream, I have achieved many other exciting things too! This year, AMBITION became ISO 9001/2015 Registered and we also secured two grants (£200.00 and £500.00) from The Joe Humphries Memorial Trust and one £5,000.00 grant from UnLtd. This financial support has helped AMBITION to purchase new equipment, meaning new activities! 

 

Back in May 2022, Leicestershire and Rutland Sport also came to join us at one of our Intervention sessions and wow, it was so much fun and me and the team cannot wait to share AMBITION's journey with more of you!

AMBITION has grown rapidly and I could not be more proud of my team, they work incredibly hard each and everyday to deliver outcomes and looking over the past year, the progress that the children and young people that we work with have made is really incredible to see! I think my favourite part of the past year would be seeing all the smiles on learners faces when taking part in AMBITION's activities. Me and the AMBITION Team feel extremely happy that we are able to create such an enjoyable atmosphere whilst learning.
